Abstract
Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller) o‘simligi xalq tabobatida keng qo‘llaniladi. Uning tarkibida antibakterial, antifungal, antioksidant va yallig‘lanishga qarshi faol moddalarning mavjudligi ma’lum. O‘simlikning ichki tuzilmalarida yashovchi endofitik zamburug‘lar ham antibakterial xususiyatga ega bo‘lgan bir qator birikmalarni ishlab chiqarishi mumkin. Ushbu tadqiqot Aloe vera o‘simligining endofitik zamburug‘laridan antibakterial faol moddalarning ajratilishi va ularning xususiyatlarini o‘rganishga qaratilgan.
