Abstract

 Annotatsiya. Ushbu ishda maqsadli genlarni Pichia pastoris achitqi hujayrasiga kiritish jarayoni, uning bosqichlari va biotexnologik ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda gen injiniringining zamonaviy yondashuvlari, xususan rekombinant DNK texnologiyasi, transformatsiya jarayonlari hamda ekspressiya tizimlarini yaratish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, Pichia pastoris ni genetik modifikatsiya qilishda qo‘llaniladigan vektorlar, promotorlar va seleksiya markerlarining roli ochib berilgan. Mazkur jarayonning farmatsevtika, oziq-ovqat sanoati va ferment ishlab chiqarish sohalaridagi amaliy ahamiyati ham yoritilgan.
