Abstract

Temir tanqisligi anemiyasi (TTA) bolalar orasida eng ko‘p uchraydigan kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, jamoat salomatligi uchun jiddiy muammo hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada bolalarda TTAning epidemiologiyasi, patogenezi, klinik belgilari, oldini olish va davolash bo‘yicha mahalliy hamda xorijiy ilmiy tadqiqotlar tahlil etilgan. Ayniqsa, ratsional ovqatlanish, temir bilan boyitilgan mahsulotlar, og‘iz orqali qabul qilinadigan temir preparatlari va ota-onalar uchun ma’rifiy dasturlarga asoslangan profilaktika choralariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Bolalik davrida anemiyani erta aniqlash va kompleks yondashuvning ahamiyati ta’kidlanadi.
