Abstract

Yurak xuruji (miokard infarkti) inson hayoti uchun jiddiy xavf tug‘diruvchi kasalliklardan biridir. Bunday holatdan keyingi reabilitatsiya jarayoni yurak mushagini tiklash, qon aylanish tizimini normallashtirish va qayta xurujlarning oldini olishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada yurak xurujidan keyingi reabilitatsiyada to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, jismoniy faollik va psixologik tiklanishning o‘rni batafsil yoritilgan.
