Abstract

Annotatsiya: Maqola pedagoglarning stress darajasi va uning o‘quvchilarning emotsional, ijtimoiy hamda akademik rivojlanishiga ta’sirini o‘rganadi. Pedagogik stressning sabablari, oqibatlari va uni kamaytirish strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, o‘quvchilarning motivatsiyasi va bilim olish jarayoniga pedagoglarning ruhiy holatining qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ko‘rib chiqiladi.
