Abstract
Anotatsiya: Maqola chet elda o‘qiyotgan talabalarda madaniy zarba (cultural shock) va uning psixologik ta’sirini o‘rganadi. Madaniy zarba talabalarning emotsional barqarorligi, ijtimoiy moslashuvi, akademik muvaffaqiyati va ruhiy salomatligiga qanday ta’sir qilishi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, madaniy zarbani yumshatish va talabalarning moslashuv jarayonini qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha psixologik va ijtimoiy tadbirlar ko‘rib chiqiladi.
