Abstract
Ushbu maqolada oliy muhandislik maktablarida malaka oshirish tizimi, uning zaruriyati, mavjud muammolari va yechim yo‘llari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Muhandislik sohasida raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlash uchun doimiy ravishda kadrlar malakasini oshirish bugungi kunning eng muhim vazifalaridan biridir. Xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi, statistik ma’lumotlar, tahliliy jadval va grafiklar asosida malaka oshirish tizimini takomillashtirishga oid amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
