Abstract
Mazkur maqolada nogironligi bor bolalarning ichki dunyosini o‘rganishning pedagogik va psixologik jihatlari hamda ularni maxsus kasb-hunarga yo‘naltirish masalalari yoritiladi. Bolalarning individual xususiyatlari, qiziqishlari va ehtiyojlarini aniqlash orqali ularning kasbiy rivojlanishiga sharoit yaratishning ahamiyati asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, maxsus ta’lim dasturlari, amaliy mashg‘ulotlar va zamonaviy texnologiyalar yordamida kasb-hunarga yo‘naltirishning samarali usullari tahlil qilinadi. Nogironligi bor bolalarning ijtimoiy moslashuvi, mustaqil hayotga tayyorlanishi va jamiyatda o‘z o‘rnini topishida kasbiy ta’limning o‘rni alohida ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada pedagog, psixolog va ota-onalar hamkorligining muhimligi ham ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
