Abstract

This article explores methods for improving coordination and balance in visually impaired students using interactive and simulation-based exercises. The study focuses on preparatory classes where these exercises are tailored to individual needs to enhance physical fitness, confidence, and independence. The research emphasizes safety, individualized instruction, and the benefits of multisensory engagement in physical education.
