ОЦЕНКА ЗАМЕСТИТЕЛЬНОЙ ГОРМОНАЛЬНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ПОСТОПЕРАЦИОННОГО ГИПОПАРАТИРЕОЗА НА ОСНОВЕ КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИЙ

Abstract
Постоперационный гипопаратиреоз (ПОГПТ) является одним из наиболее частых осложнений после хирургических вмешательств на щитовидной и паращитовидных железах, приводящим к нарушению кальциевого обмена, гипокальциемии и потенциально тяжелым клиническим проявлениям, таким как тетания, судороги и сердечные аритмии. В статье проводится всесторонняя оценка заместительной гормональной терапии (ЗГТ) на основе современных клинических рекомендаций, включая guidelines от European Society of Endocrinology (ESE, обновленные в 2025 году), Endocrine Society и American Thyroid Association. Анализ охватывает традиционные подходы с использованием солей кальция и активных форм витамина D (кальцитриол, альфакальцидол), а также инновационные методы с применением рекомбинантного паратиреоидного гормона (rhPTH, такие как натипара или терпаратид).
