Abstract
Mazkur maqolada anor ekstrakti va tabiiy kakaoning aterosklerozga qarshi ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan o‘rganilgan. Anorning antioksidant xususiyatlari va yallig‘lanishga qarshi ta’siri, shuningdek, tabiiy kakao flavonoidlarining yurak-qon tomir tizimiga ijobiy ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Maqolada ushbu tabiiy mahsulotlarning aterosklerozdan himoya qiluvchi potensial xususiyatlari yoritilgan.
