Abstract

Mazkur maqolada maktabda ta'lim va tarbiya jarayonida o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi kommunikatsiya muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligihuningdek, o‘qituvchining kommunikatsion ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishning ta'lim jarayonidagi roli tahlil qilinadi. O‘qituvchilarning kommunikatsion ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan metodlar va samarali kommunikatsiyaning o‘quvchilarning o‘zini ifoda etishdagi roli o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, samarali kommunikatsiyaning ta'lim jarayonini optimallashtirishga, o‘quvchilarning intellektual va emotsional rivojlanishiga qanday ta'sir qilishiga e'tibor qaratiladi. Maqolada o‘qituvchining o‘z emotsiyalarini boshqarish, faol tinglash va aniq so‘zlashuv kabi kommunikatsion ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish usullari haqida so‘z boradi. Shu bilan birga, ta'lim jarayonida kommunikatsiyaning faollashgan shakllarini qo‘llash, o‘quvchilar o‘rtasida ijtimoiy aloqani mustahkamlashdagi ahamiyati keltiriladi.
