Abstract

Sun’iy intellekt (SI) yordamida quvvatlantirilgan huquqiy texnologiyalar huquqshunoslikda revolutsiyaga olib kelmoqda. Turli sohalar ichida huquqshunoslik sohasi ham shunday vositalar bilan qamrab olindi. Bu soha vakillariga esa endilikda o`z vazifalarini tez fursatda, qulay usulda va samarali bajarish imkoniyati berildi. Huquqiy texnologiyalar va SI bu borada huquqshunoslarning asosiy yordamchilariga aylanib ulgurdi deyish mumkin. Mayda huquqiy ishlardan tortib sud jarayonlari ishlarida ham mana shu vositalarning o`rni sezilarli darajada. Dunyodagi juda ko`p mamlakatlar huquqiy texnologiyalar va SIdan fiydalanish hamda uni huquqiy jihatdan tartibga solish borasida ulkan chora-tadbirlarni amalga oshirmoqda.
