Abstract

Raqobat kuchayib borayotgan global iqtisodiyot sharoitida biznesni samarali boshqarish mexanizmlari korxonalarning barqaror faoliyat yuritishi, foyda olish qobiliyati hamda bozor sharoitiga moslashuvchanligini ta’minlovchi eng muhim omillardan biri hisoblanadi. Mamlakatimizda, xususan Farg‘ona viloyatida tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirish va biznes muhitini mustahkamlash borasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar mazkur masalaning dolzarbligini yanada oshirmoqda. Biznesni boshqarish nafaqat kundalik qarorlar qabul qilish jarayoni, balki uzoq muddatli strategik rejalashtirish, risklarni baholash, inson kapitalini rivojlantirish va innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etishni ham qamrab oladi. Shuning uchun magistratura darajasida bu mavzuni chuqur o‘rganish ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
