Abstract

Mazkur maqolada qon bosimini o‘lchashda tashxis qo‘yish uchun qo‘llaniladigan apparatlarning ishlash prinsipi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda mexanik sfigmomanometr hamda zamonaviy elektron tonometrlarning tuzilishi va funksional imkoniyatlari o‘rganiladi. Xususan, Nikolay Korotkov tomonidan asoslangan auskultativ usulning mohiyati, ya’ni arteriya siqilganda yuzaga keladigan tovushlar orqali sistolik va diastolik bosimni aniqlash mexanizmi yoritiladi. Shuningdek, elektron qurilmalarda qo‘llaniladigan osillometrik usulning fizik asoslari, sensorlar yordamida arteriyadagi tebranishlarni qayd etish va mikroprotsessor orqali ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlash jarayoni tahlil etiladi.
