Abstract
Ushbu maqolada stressning (o‘tkir va surunkali shakllari), psixologik qiyinchiliklar va immun tizim faoliyati o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Stressga javoban gipotalamus–gipofiz–buyrak usti o‘qi hamda simpatik asab tizimi faollashishi natijasida kortizol va katexolaminlar ajralishi, yallig‘lanish sitokinlari muvozanati o‘zgarishi, shilliq qavatlar himoyasi kuzatilishi yoritiladi. Maqola doirasida stressning qisqa muddatda moslashuvchan himoya javoblarini kuchaytirishi mumkinligi, biroq uzoq davom etganda immun nazoratini susaytirishi, yallig‘lanishning surunkalashuvi orqali yurak-qon tomir, metabolik va infeksion kasalliklar xavfini oshirishi haqida xulosalar beriladi.
