Abstract
Annotatsiya. Mazkur ilmiy maqolada pedagoglarning zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalarini bilishi va ulardan samarali foydalanish malakalarini shakllantirish masalasi keng va tizimli tarzda yoritiladi. Bugungi globallashuv va raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida ta’lim tizimi oldida turgan asosiy vazifalardan biri pedagog kadrlarning axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari (AKT) sohasidagi kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishdan iboratdir. Maqolada axborot texnologiyalarining ta’lim jarayonidagi o‘rni, pedagoglarning kasbiy faoliyatida AKTdan foydalanish zarurati, raqamli savodxonlik, innovatsion pedagogik yondashuvlar va masofaviy ta’lim vositalarining ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, pedagoglarda axborot texnologiyalaridan foydalanish malakalarini shakllantirishning pedagogik, psixologik va tashkiliy omillari ilmiy-nazariy asosda yoritilib, ularni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan amaliy yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Maqola natijalari pedagoglarning kasbiy rivojlanishida zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalarining muhim omil ekanini asoslab beradi hamda ta’lim sifatini oshirishda raqamli kompetensiyalarning hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
